How to Set Up Your Pet Water Fountain

Step 1: Unbox the fountain and remove the pre-installed filter from its packaging — it's ready to use straight away

Step 2: Place the pump inside the reservoir base and connect the USB cable

Step 3: Fill with fresh tap water up to the max fill line (3 litres)

Step 4: Plug the USB cable into any USB port or adapter and switch on

Step 5: Position near your pet's feeding area and let them discover it naturally — most cats investigate within minutes

Step 6: Replace the filter every 2–4 weeks to maintain peak filtration performance

Care & Maintenance

After Each Refill: Rinse the reservoir with clean water before refilling. Check the water level window and top up as needed. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.

Weekly: Fully disassemble the fountain. Wash all parts in warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher (top rack). Clean the pump impeller with the included brush to prevent mineral build-up. Rinse thoroughly before reassembling.
