How to Use Your Licking Bowl

Method 1 — Full Fill (recommended for first-time use):

Step 1: Place the bowl on the floor or a stable surface.

Step 2: Hold the base of the blue dome and press the ball with both thumbs to separate the lid from the inner container.

Step 3: Remove the ball, place it inside the container, and pour your chosen liquid food in — do not exceed the 180ml maximum fill line.

Step 4: Press both sides of the blue lid firmly down with both hands until it clicks shut. The bowl is now sealed and ready.
